Individual counselling can provide a safe space for you to share your story.

Individual counselling is for clients who want to talk about their emotions and need assistance with navigating challenges. The counsellor will work alongside you to find tools to cope and provide resources for you to overcome challenges, achieve goals, and thrive in your life. Counselling can empower you to make desired changes, gain self-awareness, and enhance your quality of life.

Feeling heard and connected to your partner are key aspects of a healthy relationship.

Relationships require time, dedication, empathy, and communication and as humans we crave belonging and connection. Couples counselling can support with unhealthy communication patterns, tension, and conflict. Couples counselling provides a safe environment for couples to identify problems in the relationship and work together to create healthy changes.

COUNSELLING

Family counselling allows families to improve communication and work together to solve problems.

The primary goal is to support clients establish and maintain healthy relationships. Based on family systems theory, the family is a complex system and member interacts and impact the system as a whole. Examining patterns, emotional processes, and the interconnected relationship between family members can provide insight into goal setting and developing healthier boundaries, communication patterns, and relationships.

Depression is a mood disorder that can be caused by various different factors including stress, genetics, emotional vulnerability, and brain chemistry. Depression impacts everyone differently and symptoms vary from person to person.
